Plain Cast Wheel
The 'Winged Wheel of Builth' was found during the CTC Cycling Festival weekend. It may have rolled along from the Lion Hotel to the Merry Fryer Fish and Chip Shop. Photos enclosed from Gwenda Owen , CTC Training officer from Cardiff. Not big enough for me to see on my search weeks ago, perhaps it was being painted or not attached to the building at that time.
