In 2004 the building still had the name "Fergies" but the business appears to be defunct and the premises awaiting a new tenant. This West Surrey CTC group relate how last time they stopped by, someone came out and asked them what they would give for the old sign they were gawping at. This person claimed to have been offered £8000, but was hanging on for a better offer!

We have just repainted the CTC colours on the plaque at Carisbrooke. The building used to be 'Fergies', and has since been converted to four residential homes. The plaque is situated on the front of our building, I am going to take some pictures when it is completed, and would like you to post them on the site alongside the older one.
