Could this be the building “a little further up the street“ as reported by Chris Peck (above). If so, it seems as if the wonky Copper Embossed sign has fallen off!

Plain Cast Wheel
I was in Scotland over Easter and noticed this winged wheel on the Richmond Hotel in the Square in Tomintoul, Banffshire. Perhaps this, at 330 metres above sea level, is the highest Winged Wheel in the UK? Tomintoul is the highest village in Northern Scotland (though not the highest in Scotland, nor the highest in the UK).
There is also a NCU badge on a building a little further up the street.
